Over the past 12 months, Mary has made a tangible impact on client retention and satisfaction, playing a pivotal role in client reviews, onboarding, and 12-month check-ins. Her ability to build rapport, gather meaningful insights, and proactively address client needs has strengthened long-term relationships and significantly contributed to business growth.

Mary holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification, which, combined with her prior managerial experience, underpins her strong HR foundations. She has demonstrated exceptional skill in analysing operational processes, implementing improvements, and coaching colleagues, driving efficiency across the business and showcasing both leadership potential and professional maturity.
