Driftwood Designs advent boxes
The boxes contain a beautiful selection of exclusive, festive, illustrated goodies. Not only are they stunning works of art, created by artist Lizzie Spikes, they will also help with the Christmas preparations.
The co-founders of Driftwood Designs, Lizzie Spikes and Becky Barratt, love the build-up to Christmas and have been wanting to make an advent box for years, knowing that some of their smaller items would be perfect to get people excited every morning throughout advent.
This year, they set aside the time to curate a collection in a box that they know will delight existing and new customers alike. The box includes a stunning selection of their most special cards, decorations and small gifts, with the aim that the advent boxes will also help with the Christmas preparations.
Each day in the run up to Christmas you can dive into the box, which has been specifically designed by Lizzie, then open a numbered bag to discover a delightful treat that will assist you as Christmas approaches. All the gifts and decorations are exclusively for the advent box this year and won’t be available for anyone else!
Although a big part of any advent box is the element of surprise, a little teaser is that each box will include eight Christmas cards, eight Christmas decorations and eight special gifts that you can either keep for yourself or share with a loved one.
So, if you or someone you know needs a little help or adores Christmas and the run up – and delightful, individual designs – why not treat yourself, or them, to a Driftwood Designs advent box, each of which contains 25 little individually wrapped parcels.
“We were going to go with the traditional 24 but team member Sian felt there should be a gift on Christmas Day too – and we all agreed. What a great idea. So we’ve added an extra treat, and we are confident that even with other gifts on Christmas morning, you’ll still want your Driftwood goody!” says Lizzie.
Driftwood Designs incorporates the work of Welsh artist and illustrator Lizzie Spikes whose passion is creating illustrations that can be translated to homewares, cards, prints and so much more. This means her art can be incorporated into people’s everyday lives in the form of cards, stationary, oven gloves, lamp shades, coasters, aprons and even watches. In this instance, her designs can light up advent as brightly as any candle.
The boxes cost £65 with free postage and contain wares to the value of £100, all of which are made in the UK, so a gift for the planet too. The advent box will be sent to you in mid-November ready for the 1st of December.
