Lifestyle PR agency EAST VILLAGE. is starting the year with a double client win; picking up two brand new accounts in the eco-friendly and sustainable jewellery sectors. The UK’s only plastic-free firewood retailer, Love Logs, and jewellery brand Influenstar have appointed the Birmingham PR agency to deliver strategic communications and influencer engagement.

Launched last year, Love Logs provides sustainably sourced British kiln-dried logs, kindling and natural firelighters, and is the UK’s only plastic-free firewood retailer. Seeing notable success in its first few months – with lockdown increasing the usage of wood burners, pizza ovens and firepits – it has now appointed the Birmingham PR agency.

Love Logs sources its firewood exclusively from sustainable British woodland and also supports struggling communities around the world, planting two trees for every order with The Eden Reforestation Project. Its Woodsure-certified ‘ready to burn’ logs emit less pollutants and are shipped only in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes. In addition to minimising and, where possible, removing any plastic from within its supply chain.

In addition, ecommerce start-up Influenstar is working with EAST VILLAGE. to deliver lifestyle PR for its range of ethical jewellery, which includes gold-plated earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets all made from 925 recycled silver. The brand, which is available to buy online, joins the lifestyle PR agency’s existing client Roseanna Croft Jewellery; an independent jewellery designer who recently opened a London base and specialises in bespoke re-design.

Showcasing the benefits of recycled silver, alongside Influenstar’s affordable trend-led designs, EAST VILLAGE. will deliver media relations, product placement and influencer strategy for the brand.
