Leading logistics provider, Europa Worldwide Group, which has its headquarters based in Dartford, continues to focus on business growth and expansion, showcased by its latest promotion.

Vanita Dass-Puri takes on the new role of Head of Recruitment to further expand the network and calibre of individuals working all of its operations.

Europa Worldwide Group has six divisions – Road, Air & Sea, Showfreight, Warehouse, Contact Centre and Continental Cargo Carriers and has featured in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 for three years running. The pioneering logistics firm recently celebrated its 1000th employee and continues to grow.

Since joining the business in 2017 as Internal Recruitment and Acquisition Manager, Vanita has played a vital role growing teams across the business.
Internal career development has long been a priority for Europa, by nurturing the talent of its team and recruiting and promoting from within.  Employees are encouraged to progress through training, allowing them to enhance their skills.
Vanita led a small team, (during lockdown in March 2020) to recruit a brand-new team of 120 to facilitate the opening of Europa Warehouse’s new state-of-the-art 715,000 sq. ft facility in Corby.

As the new Head of Recruitment, based at Europa’s Dartford headquarters, Vanita is set to continue to drive forward Europa’s recruitment programme,  focusing on building the team to support  Europa Road’s frictionless trade service as well as re-launching the Rapid Career Development Programme, for school leavers and graduates.
