Thrive Learning, the fastest growing modern-day learning management system, has secured a partnership with British retail, sport and intellectual property group and global powerhouse, Frasers Group.  Dedicated to delivering and creating a culture centred around employee learning and upskilling its team, Frasers Group will integrate Thrive’s all-in-one platform as a key pillar to achieve its ambitious learning and communication goals.

The online learning platform will be available to Frasers Group’s 35,000 employees and will play a key role in compliance training, new employee onboarding, product training for sales and retail teams, internal comms, and social learning. Thrive’s platform will enable Frasers’ different teams across its portfolio to feel more connected and unified no matter where they are based, with the ability to tap into a fantastic world of resources, learn from experts and interact with each other directly on their phones through an app.

Thrive is revolutionising the way businesses empower their employees. Using data processed by AI, Thrive creates a unique and intuitive experience for every learner with recommendations specifically tailored to each employee’s roles and interests, alongside encouraging peer-to-peer learning, enabling Frasers Group to maximise growth within the company. By integrating Thrive’s complete learning platform, Frasers can upskill the world of retail by identifying new and emerging skills that can be utilised across the workforce. In turn, this will create a high-performance workforce and build customer loyalty.

Sean Reddington, CEO of Thrive, says: ‘Working with Frasers Group has been a very smooth and exciting process. We are so excited to be partnering with such a superpower business on a global scale, to elevate the digital learning experience for its employees. This is just the start of our journey together, and we can’t wait for the Frasers team to get stuck into our personalisable platform and develop the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed in the retail space.’
