GRAPH Strategy

Boutique management consultancy firm, GRAPH Strategy, has supported the completion of three recent investment deals across the North West.

The company, which has offices in London and Washington D.C., provided comprehensive commercial due diligence for a trio of investments in fast growing technology businesses.

Most recently, GRAPH’s work enabled NVM to back the management buyout of leading technology-enabled procurement firm, Inprova. The move will support the Warrington-based company in developing its technology platform and procurement analytics capabilities, and was completed in mid-November.

October saw GRAPH support YFM Equity Partners and Maven Capital Partners in their £5m Series A investment into Manchester-based digital contract management platform, Summize.

The funding will see Summize expand into key overseas territories, specifically the US, as well as supercharging product innovation, sales and marketing with its new cash flow.

Talos 360, an award-winning provider of human capital management solutions, also called upon GRAPH’s assistance in October to complete growth strategy and commercial due diligence to underpin its next phase of expansion.

Following investment from LDC,  Warrington-based Talos plans to develop its organic growth strategy and explore complementary acquisitions, while creating further opportunities for employees including more than 50 new jobs by 2025.

GRAPH conducted comprehensive and strategic market analysis, assisted with growth plan creation and delivered customer insights that proved pivotal to the success of all three investments.

James Tetherton, Senior Partner at GRAPH Strategy, said: “It’s been a busy few months at GRAPH as we approach the end of 2022, and we’re delighted to have supported these three exciting deals. The North West continues to be an incredibly vibrant and exciting business community, and we look forward to working on further deals in the region soon to help ambitious businesses continue their success”.

Janette Martin, CEO of Talos 360 said: “It was great to work with GRAPH on our exciting new partnership with LDC. The team provided a fantastic, thorough report and detailed customer insight which will be a valuable contribution for us to continue to build a people-first, high-growth business.”
