Leading customer experience solution specialist, three rocks®, has today announced the addition of 10 new employees to its team following a period of sustained growth in the last six months.

Taking the total number of staff to 38, this follows the appointment of two critical board level executives, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Matthew Rawlins, and Chief Data Officer (CDO), Andrew Kaplan, who are integral in enhancing and growing the data and software solutions arms of the business.

These new staff members will expand the brand’s in-house skills and capability to develop best-in-industry solutions across every aspect of hospitality and customer experience.

The latest hires follow a marked increase in the company’s turnover and client base in the last six months, accelerated by the launch of the brand’s new experience management solution, three rocks® XMS.

three rocks® XMS is a flexible experience management system which enables businesses to create a tailored CX tech stack to match their individual business needs, offering businesses a pick and mix of cutting-edge technology including digital booking systems, self-service kiosks, restaurant order management solutions, and CRM and data analysis processes.

Commenting on his new role, Matthew Rawlins said: “It is an honour to be part of the three rocks® team. It’s great to see us achieving such rapid growth and a pleasure to welcome so many talented new people into the business to help drive it forward.”

Andrew Kaplan added: “Here at three rocks® we’re focused on delivering some of the most cutting-edge end-to-end experience enhancement software and data-led solutions. Whether it’s reservation and ordering systems to post-visit CRM systems we help transform businesses by enhancing user and customer experience, and all of these new hires have a key role to play in this over the coming months.”

New roles added to the business include Data Team Lead, Entry Level Data Engineer, Project Manager, Software Developers, DevOps Engineer and QA Tester.

Scott Muncaster, Managing Director of three rocks®, said: “Despite the growing pressures on many in the hospitality market, we have been fortunate to see continued growth. The team has worked extremely hard, and the introduction of fresh talent has further expanded our service offering. I extend a warm welcome to our new team members and I’m excited to see what we can achieve together in 2024 and beyond.”
