What Curborough Lakes may look like

A Lichfield housebuilder is injecting a sizeable sum into the Curborough community.

As part of its Curborough Lakes development, on Watery Lane, which will provide 468 new homes, Redrow Midlands will invest over £5.1 million into the local area.

Contributions will support local services and amenities, with over £950,300 dedicated to improving transport links in the area – including enhancing public transport and improvements to the Trent Valley roundabout.

As part of the housebuilder’s commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £4.2 million will see improvements to local schools and educational opportunities in the area.
