It’s not often that customers inspire boutique owners to try something new and something different, but one couple from Staffordshire have done just that.
SoS Lingerie, based at Hoar Cross, has recently introduced Date Days in the lead up to Christmas after one couple decided to choose beautiful lingerie, together.
Award-winning owner of the boutique Justine Oldfield comments: “For too long purchasing lingerie has been about women only so it was great to welcome in this couple who inspired me to try something new.
“We have found that when a partner attends a fitting with his wife or girlfriend, they realise how buying underwear is not just a case of grab and go. It gives them a whole new perspective on the complexities of getting the right fit – and how it can transform the look of outfits and the confidence of their partner.
“This couple discovered SoS Lingerie during a visit, commented on the beautiful lingerie collections and booked the appointment.
“We had a wonderful, relaxed and enjoyable fitting experience on a Sunday afternoon whilst he witnessed how his partner changed with the confidence of beautiful, correctly fitting lingerie.”
Justine concludes: “It’s something different, special and unique to gift this Christmas. Feedback and bookings have been extremely positive since launching this new way of lingerie shopping and seeing couples share and enjoy the experience has been nothing but rewarding for us.”
