POS LTD, a leading provider of multi-channel EPoS software systems, stock management systems, tablet scanning software, and ecommerce websites, is pleased to announce significant developments within the company. The business, established in 1986 in Halifax, has recently relocated to the prestigious Dean Clough Mills complex in Halifax, marking a new chapter in its history.
Director retirement
Former Director Keith Hartley has taken the decision to retire. Keith plans to devote more time to his family and pursue his passion for bowling on the greens of West Yorkshire. His contributions to the company have been invaluable, and he leaves behind a strong legacy.
Management Buyout
The new owners are Sean D Baptist and Ian Hartley. Sean was formerly the Development Manager at POS and Ian the Operations manager.
As well as ensuring their current customers are kept happy they also have exciting plans for the business.
Ian Hartley shared his enthusiasm for the future, saying, “The retail landscape has changed quite considerably over the last ten years and we want to make sure we are always in a position to help both large retailers and independent retailers cope confidently with these changes.”
