Anita Frost and Green Bean's Garden

Multi-award winning children’s author, Anita Frost, and founder of   Green Bean Studios®, has announced the launch of her latest sensory board book, Green Bean’s Garden.

Backed by Innovate UK via the ECO award, the colourful adventure book is the latest addition to Green Bean Studios’ collection of children’s books, featuring leading character, Green Bean and lovable friends as they go on fun outdoor adventures in the fictional lands of Adventure Dales. Green Bean’s Garden is an engaging, sensory, lift-the-flap board book which helps young children to spark a love of reading whilst learning about the environment.

Anita Frost commented: “Green Bean’s Garden is a wonderful sensory experience for young readers, providing the opportunity to share precious reading moments with their parents or caregivers, or simply to enjoy reading independently.

“Helping more children to read for pleasure is one of our core missions at Green Bean Studios. Our new book has been specially developed drawing on 20 years of child development experience, with interactive lift-the-flaps to engage with young children and give them a sensory experience to nurture a love of reading from a young age.”

“We love creating Precious Moments for parents and caregivers to share with children, and this new book is ideal for spending quality time with young children, away from the noise and distractions of screens,” concluded Anita.

Green Bean is a household friend to many children around the UK and as a multi-award-winning author and child development expert, Anita’s lift-the-flaps touch-and-feel book has been specially designed for existing fans and little ones to pause screens and re-connect to the love of reading.

Featuring Green Bean and friends, children will love exploring this book with familiar characters they know and love, as they discover the wonders of the garden at Green Bean’s house. The book is the latest release in the Green Bean Collection, adding another exciting volume to help children learn, play, and go on fun outdoor adventures.

Green Bean Studios’ three core pillars are Earth, Community, and Kids, and this new board book for children brings in all of these elements by getting children interested in the natural world, connecting parents and children through precious moments, and teaching children key communication skills to prepare them for school.

With over 20 years’ child development experience, all Green Bean Studios’ books, toys, and games have been created based on the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework.
