Europa Warehouse is already offering the highest hourly rate for warehouse workers in the town. Not only is the company offering the highest hourly rate to existing and new recruits, but Europa is also offering a £40 voucher for every employee plus a festive alcoholic gift.

The company is currently recruiting for around 60 members of staff, with no experience necessary to start straight away, with a variety of shifts available to suit, from morning, day, and evening.

As well as the highest standard hourly rate at £10- £11.50 per hour (depending on which shift is worked) the brand-new site takes the safety of its staff very seriously, providing temperature checks for every member of staff who arrive on site as well as PPE. As well as excellent pay and conditions, Europa offers free refreshments and onsite subsidised food.

Europa Warehouse Logistics Director, Maria Torrent-March said the online shopping boom as a result of the second national lockdown ahead of Christmas has resulted in a vast increase across Europa’s e-commerce client base.

She said: “It’s been a really challenging time for many people this year so we’re hoping this attractive pay and conditions will attract people that need a Christmas boost.

“It’s been an unprecedented time for us, we have had a huge increase in demand that we could never have predicted, so we’re offering these high rates of pay and bonuses to attract new members to the team to join us to ensure we get Christmas delivered for our customers.”

Europa Warehouse already operates award-winning warehouse sites in Dartford and Birmingham. This new facility is Europa’s largest investment to date and has doubled Europa Warehouse’s logistics capacity.
