Objective makes Ambitious Essex Tech 50 shortlist

Objective, the Chelmsford-based technology partner, has been listed in the Ambitious Essex Tech 50 list as one of the most innovative, fastest growing and forward-thinking tech businesses in Essex.​

The Ambitious Essex Tech 50 is a list of the most innovative and exciting tech businesses based in Greater Essex. It shows the value of tech is not just for the sector itself, but in supporting innovation in other industries such as manufacturing, energy and more.

Ambitious Essex Tech 50 2025 is the second edition of the list following a successful launch last year with ambitions to create a tech centered networking group and foster collaboration across the sector within Essex. Successful organisations were judged against a key set of criteria including turnover, funding and investment secured, approach to skills and employment, local and global reach, growth potential and innovations.

Across Essex, the telecom and digital technology sectors boast around 5,270 businesses, employing more than 20,000 people. The Tech sector brings in roughly £1.3bn in GVA (2022) to the Essex economy, and continues to grow year on year, with new advancements and new ideas spanning across and growing multiple other sectors (manufacturing, life sciences, etc.).
