P.F. Chang’s is Coming to Westfield Stratford this September

The globally recognised Pan-Asian restaurant will open at Westfield Stratford City, bringing its signature dining experience to East London.

P.F. Chang’s, one of America’s most recognisable global Pan-Asian restaurant brands, is opening a new restaurant at Westfield Stratford City in September 2026.

P.F. Chang’s will officially be opening their doors to the public on 21st September.

Located on the second floor near Westfield’s food court, the restaurant features a contemporary design inspired by P.F. Chang’s rich culinary heritage. Spanning 464 sqm and with seating for 166 guests, the space includes dedicated indoor and patio dining areas, a vibrant bar, and distinctive design elements that celebrate the brand’s Asian culinary tradition.

P.F. Chang’s is bringing its signature Pan-Asian dining experience to Stratford. The menu showcases the brand’s signature blend of bold flavours, fresh high-quality ingredients, and Asian-inspired dishes including globally recognised favourites such as Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp, all offered through a halal menu.

The menu’s shareable dishes and relaxed style of dining will make the new restaurant suitable for everything from family meals and casual lunches to dinners with friends, and a break during a day of shopping at Westfield Stratford City.

P.F. Chang’s first arrived in the UK in 2017, opening its first European restaurant near Leicester Square in London’s West End. The Stratford restaurant will become its second London location and represents the next stage of the brand’s growth in the UK.
