P&D Marine Services have launched a new division with a range of trailers for the UK market.
As part of the UK’s leading supplier to the construction and marina sector, P&D Marine Services recognised the need for a high-quality trailer product in the market and have created a new division within the company, ‘PDMS Trailers’.
P&D Marine Services have worked with their partners who have over 30 years of experience, creating and manufacture their trailer range, designed with ease of use in mind, with a vast number of options available to suit, from a dinghy to an 11metre rib or yacht.
Features of the trailer include galvanised axles for a smooth ride, a high-capacity winch, and an enhanced roller system for ease of launching and recovery.
Stephen Blake from PDM Trailers commented, ‘As winter sets in and people start to bring their boats out of the water or store them in their boatyards, we have been extremely pleased to have created such a fantastic range of trailers. Rather than swing beam rollers, PDMS Trailers have a tilting bed of rollers that provide the boat with support all the way along its length.’ He added, ‘The roller system is adjustable, and the forward and crossbars can be moved allowing the trailer to be set for a wide variety of boats.’
Other features include larger tyres and wheels, polyurethane moulded or steel mudguards that can take a person’s weight, stainless steel trailer boards, and a plug socket on the back of the trailer board to ease the removal.
