Platform Launched To Help Organisations Build Learning Cultures Driven By Measurable Performance
A pioneering new digital platform designed to help organisations build learning cultures to drive measurable performance has been launched by two leading specialists.
With many organisations investing heavily in training and people development but struggling to demonstrate the impact on organisational performance, Lernitude has been created to help organisations understand, strengthen and measure their progress.
Lernitude diagnoses and benchmarks an organisation’s learning culture, before providing tailored action plans, practical resources and analytics to help support lasting behavioural change and demonstrating return on investment.
The partners behind the launch are Lindsey Flynn and Becky Newell, who bring decades of combined experience in workplace learning and organisational development.
Lindsey Flynn has spent her career helping organisations improve performance through learning. Her experience includes serving as Global Learning and Development Director working with large global businesses and founding award-winning training company Well Training.
Co-founder Becky Newell founded Learnmore 15 years ago, growing it into a 65-person training business that works with organisations including Mitie and ISS.
Lernitude combines an evidence-based platform assessing 15 dimensions of culture with strategic advisory support to help organisations embed learning into everyday practice.
Organisations receive a tailored action plan to move from reactive learning to a fully embedded development culture, alongside practical resources measuring progress across a range of metrics, including productivity, succession and retention.
Lindsey Flynn said: “Lernitude’s learning culture assessment is the first diagnostic engine designed to turn culture into a clear strategic map. We look deeper than standard surveys to assess an organisation across critical dimensions to highlight where strengths lie and where there is an opportunity to grow.
“Lernitude helps companies demonstrate the value of creating a learning culture, with our ROI calculator targeting a minimum of a four times return across priority areas.”
Becky Newell added: “For too long, businesses have been guessing on whether their people strategy is working so with Lernitude we give them the chance to show the impact.
“We built Lernitude so that practitioners do not need to hope they are making a difference but can access the exact tools, templates and frameworks they need to make learning a measurable, strategic asset.”
The Lernitude team is working with organisations across the UK looking to understand and strengthen their learning culture and drive measurable business outcomes. The platform will be officially unveiled at the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition, to be held at the Birmingham NEC on October 6 and 7.
Becky added: “We look forward to engaging with the people and HR community as Lernitude makes an impact for customers and continues to evolve.”
