The Property Advice Service is a programme offering a series free of masterclasses and 121 session for SMEs in London.
Rent is a significant business expense, particularly in London, where the cost of renting commercial premises is one of the highest in Europe. SMEs, especially those that are run and managed by one individual, often struggle to find professional advice on renting commercial premises. This is either because it’s too expensive or they don’t know where to look.
To address these issues, the London Business Hub launched the Property Advice Service in September 2020 to support SMEs in London that are either renting their first commercial premises (office, retail shop, warehouse etc.) or are currently renting a commercial premise and are experiencing issues.
Through this programme, business owners and entrepreneurs will have access to:
Free masterclasses, covering topics such as business rates and lease negotiations
One-to-one support that’s delivered by property experts Gerald Eve and other property experts and which is tailored to individual needs.
