Pye Homes announces first suppliers for Welborne Garden Village

Pye Homes has announced the first wave of suppliers who will be working with the housebuilder on both the interior and exterior of its first release of houses in their portion of the 6,000-home Welborne Garden Village development in Hampshire.

Designers and manufacturers who are collaborating with Pye Homes include:

  • Oxfordshire-based Minoli tiles
  • Blanco kitchen sinks and taps
  • Gerberit sanitaryware and Grohe showers and taps in bathrooms
  • Ohme EV chargers
  • Deacon Design for landscaping
  • Roseview Windows
  • Abbey Artstone architectural masonry and stonework
  • Phoenix Interior Design for the showhome
  • BLOCC Interiors in the sales office

Having been appointed by the master developer, Hampshire-based Buckland Group, Pye Homes, alongside CG Fry & Son and Thakeham Homes, have begun work on the first 700 homes at Welborne Garden Village, with the initial properties set to be completed in the late spring.

The showhome will be available to view from autumn 2025.

Danielle Simpson, Sales Director at Pye Homes, commented: “We’re excited to share with our customers the first details on the specification for Welborne Garden Village; we’re working with some fantastic brands who will not only complement both each other and our house designs, but whose ethos and approach mirror our own.”

Damian Read, Construction Director at Pye Homes, added: “We enjoy excellent relationships with all our partners, and that has never been more true or important than at Welborne, where we are working closely with Buckland Group and two other housebuilders. These suppliers we’re announcing exemplify how we like to work closely and collaboratively on every project.”

Blending traditional architecture with modern technology, Welborne is designed to be a sustainable, future-proof community featuring a range of homes from one to five bedrooms, alongside extensive green spaces and local amenities including shops, business premises and a pub and hotel. The new community will be one of the largest private housing developments of its kind in the UK.
