Rising HR professional helps drive positive change
A rising HR professional at Clover HR is being recognised this International Women’s Day for the impact she has made in just a matter of months.
Jade Donovan joined the business in December and has quickly become an integral part of the team, stepping into both operational and marketing responsibilities while helping to support the company during a period of significant internal change.
International Women’s Day 2026 carries the theme ‘Give to Gain’, celebrating the idea that when people share their time, knowledge and support, everyone benefits. Jade’s contribution to the business has been a clear example of this principle in action. In the weeks following her arrival, the company underwent a rapid shift in structure which placed additional demands on its leadership, Jade quickly became a trusted support to the directors, providing steady day-to-day assistance and helping maintain continuity across the organisation.
Drawing on her strong administrative background, she ensured systems and communications continued to run smoothly while supporting the wider team through the transition. Clover HR’s director Lynn Burman said: “Jade’s work ethic, positivity and willingness to go above and beyond have made a noticeable difference since joining the business. “Having previously worked in operational roles, she developed a strong interest in people and workplace dynamics while studying for her psychology degree, which sparked her ambition to build a career and we’re so pleased to have her on the team.”
Jade said: “Being able to step into this role and contribute to the business so early on has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a supportive team and I’m excited about continuing to grow and develop within the profession.” Lynn added: “Celebrating Jade’s contribution on International Women’s Day highlights the importance of recognising emerging female talent in the workplace.
“As the company continues to evolve, Jade’s dedication and drive demonstrate how giving time, support and expertise can strengthen both teams and organisations.”
