Leading Lancashire housebuilder David Wilson Homes has unlocked the doors to its brand-new show homes in Longridge.

Now available to view by appointment, the Archford and Hertford style show homes at the housebuilder’s Inglewhite Meadow development have been dressed by expert interior designers to showcase what the properties could look like when occupied.

Using the latest design trends, the properties are fully furnished to not only give their viewers some inspiration for their own homes, but allow them to view the quality of design up close.

Located on Inglewhite Road, the community will bring 123 new homes to the area in an expertly crafted range of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Philippa Stewart, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “The launch of our Inglewhite Meadow show homes is another major milestone in this brand-new community and we can’t wait for people to come and take a look at them.

“Purchasing a property is a big decision and viewing a show home can be a great visual tool to help you in this process. Our show homes are now open on an appointment only basis so I would encourage anyone interested in visiting Inglewhite Meadow to speak to our friendly Sales Advisers now.”

The development will feature a range of open spaces throughout, meaning that there will be plenty of opportunity to exercise and get some fresh air on the doorstep. There will also be an on-site play area for residents and the local community to use, so that little ones are able to blow off some steam close to home.

As part of the planning agreement between the homebuilder and Lancashire County Council, David Wilson Homes will build a number of homes at 67% less than Official Market Value (OMV) through Preston City Council’s affordable housing scheme, in order to assist the development of the local area.

Longridge is a pretty town sitting at the foot of Longridge Fell that offers an amazing variety of walks, including the Ribble Way, stretching from The Dales all the way down to the estuary. There is also a great range of shops nearby for residents to take advantage of, and homebuyers are just half an hour away from the centre of Preston, making it an ideal place to live.
