I joined Sleaford Quality Foods part time while I was still at school studying for my A Levels so could not have dreamed that I’d one day win this award. I’m so grateful to my colleagues, past & present who have helped me get to where I am today. I’d also like to congratulate the other finalists and wish them well for the future”
