A local housebuilder has appointed a new Head of Construction.
Redrow Thames Valley, which is currently building homes across Oxfordshire and Swindon, has appointed Ross Graves as Head of Construction, who brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role.
Formerly a Senior Production Manager for another Oxfordshire-based housebuilder, Ross started his journey in the construction sector at the age of 16 as an Apprentice Stone Mason.
Ross quickly worked his way through the ranks, before later becoming a Site Manager overseeing large housing developments. Ross’s ambition is reflected in his achievements, which has seen him gain NVQ Levels 4 and 6, as well as a Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management, throughout his career.
In his former role, Ross managed a construction team and oversaw the production and operations processes, as well as supporting the team to win multiple NHBC PIJ awards and Seal of Excellences between 2016 and 2022.
Ross’s new role will see him take responsibility for driving the wider division forward, by managing the construction department and launching the division’s upcoming developments, including The Maltings, in Haddenham.
Commenting on his appointment, Ross said: “I’m incredibly excited to be taking the helm on all things construction for the fantastic Redrow Thames Valley division. I’ve always had a passion for the part I play in a customer’s journey – there’s nothing quite like seeing a beautiful home being built from scratch before handing over the keys to its new owners.
“Part of my new role is to enable us to ensure that we are providing the very best homes possible, delivering high quality customer service and giving more people across the region the opportunity to become Redrow homeowners. Redrow Thames Valley’s newest development The Maltings, in Haddenham, is located just six miles from Aylesbury and has key travel routes within easy reach. The development offers village surroundings combined with a well-connected location, making it perfectly placed for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters alike.
In addition to The Maltings, the division is also building new homes at developments across Oxfordshire and Swindon, including upcoming development, Hampden Meadows in Watlington.
