Worcester-based performance marketing agency, Nifty Communications, continues its growth with the arrival of two new staff members.

The team has welcomed account manager, Federica Rustignoli and account executive, Danielle Andrews to its ranks as the team aims to be the UK’s leading sports marketing agency by 2025.

An Italian native with a strong social media background and a passion for all things paid media, Federica has a proven track record of achieving the absolute best results for clients. Danielle has a master’s degree in digital marketing and an appetite for creative writing, priding herself on her innovative working style. Having only been at Nifty a short time, both are already proving to be invaluable members of the team.

The agency was founded by former sports media professional Christian Collison in 2018. After spending eight years in top-flight football before moving to motorsport, Collison used his experience to set up Nifty Communications. Since then, the agency has gone from strength to strength, working with a wide range of clients across various industries.

Collison said: “We’re delighted Fed and Danielle have joined the Nifty family. It’s a proud moment to see Nifty continue its growth and we’re looking forward to helping more businesses and rights holders generate maximum impact and return from their communication strategies.”

Nifty Communications has clients across a multitude of industries but specialises in sports, tech and hospitality.
