Reflecting on the international award wins, Melissa Green, Managing Director of X1 Sales & Lettings, said: “To win across every category we were nominated for is a tremendous achievement and a testament to the hard work, expertise, and passion of our team.”
Rounding off a strong year, X1 Sales & Lettings was also recognised by The Negotiator Awards in five competitive categories – Employer of the Year, Block Management Company of the Year, Regional North East and North West Agency of the Year, Letting Agency of the Year (Large), and Estate Agency of the Year (Small).
Commenting on the national recognition, Melissa added:
“Being shortlisted in such a diverse range of categories at The Negotiator Awards shows the depth and strength of X1 Sales & Lettings and its team.”
“As we look ahead to 2026, the lettings industry is facing one of its most significant periods of change in recent years, driven by the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act. At X1 Sales & Lettings, we see this not as a challenge to fear, but as an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of our expertise and our position as market leaders.
“We are committed to supporting landlords through this evolving regulatory landscape with clear, practical guidance that protects their investments and supports long-term value. Through a programme of in-person drop-in sessions and online webinars, our expert teams will be on hand to provide reassurance, answer questions, and help landlords navigate what these changes mean in practice.
“Whether landlords already work with us or manage property elsewhere, we are open, accessible, and ready to help. We encourage landlords to engage with our team as we move confidently into the year ahead.”
