The business behind a new retirement living community in Kempston, Bedfordshire, has been named Seniors Housing Developer of the Year.
Adlington Retirement Living is a family owned and run business and was recognised as the best in its sector at the HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards 2022, having launched 15 successful Independent Retirement Communities, with more than 900 happy homeowners.
