Babble Continues Acquisitions in North-West and South Coast

Acquisitions of both Concert and 5 Rings to further strengthen leading tech business

Unified Comms, Contact Centre and Cyber Solutions provider, Babble, has announced the acquisitions of both Concert (Concert Networks Limited) and 5 Rings (5 Rings Telecom Ltd and 5 Rings IT Ltd). The deals – which are the fifth and sixth completed by Babble in 2021 – extend the leading tech business’s UK-wide footprint, adding scale across the North-West and the South Coast.

The announcement continues the period of growth at Babble, with a highly successful buy and build strategy complemented by robust organic growth resulting in a transformational cloud technology business that now has over 25,000 UCaaS, 24,000 mobile and 4,000 CCaaS users, as well as a burgeoning Cyber, IT and MSP customer base.

As one of the earliest adopters of UC technology, Concert has quickly grown to become a highly trusted comms partner to businesses across Cheshire and the North-West. The deal further cements Babble’s presence and customer base across the region.
