Christchurch-based Bridge Health & Wellbeing is delighted to have made the finals of the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2024.

The Muddy Stilettos Awards are the most coveted awards for independent lifestyle businesses across the country. As passionate advocates of local independents, the awards are designed to allow local people to say thank you to their favourite local businesses. There are 21 categories available, and voting is completely free.

The family-run health and wellbeing clinic was originally nominated by a member of the public in the Muddy Stilettos Dorset, Somerset & Bristol Best Yoga & Pilates Studio category. An initial round of voting took place, which saw Bridge Health & Wellbeing make it through to the Regional Finals alongside four other studios in Sherborne, Lyme Regis and Bath.

Louise O’Connell, co-founder and Pilates teacher, said, “We are super excited to have made the final five of the Muddy Stilettos Pilates studio in our area. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to nominate or vote for us so far. We really appreciate your support.

As a family-run business, we are passionate about our local community and helping residents in Christchurch and beyond to get better, build strength, feel happy and healthy in their mind and body. As we approach our fifth birthday, it would be a fantastic present to win the title of Best Yoga & Pilates Studio in our area. Please vote and help us bring the title home to Dorset!”

Voting is completely free and open until 1 p.m. on 18th April. The regional winners will be announced on Thursday, 2nd May and will automatically advance to the National Muddy Awards.
