Hi-tech audio visual expert Workspavce AV turns to creative agency Milk & Tweed to help cement its rapid growth
Cutting edge audio visual company Workspace AV’s rapid growth has been aided by creative agency Milk & Tweed.
The company, which was founded just four years ago and specialises in designing, installing and maintaining AV technology in offices, boardrooms, retail, education and hospitality, has expanded its operation, with offices in the UK and Europe and customers around the globe.
Marketing Manager Ellie Double said since the pandemic more and more organisations need state-of-the-art connectivity when staff are working remotely. “There’s a real need for inclusivity when team members aren’t present in the office and part of our offer is technology that does that,” she said. “We help businesses create better-connected, more engaging spaces through technology.
“For instance, the video conferencing we deliver features cameras that track whoever is speaking so no one feels excluded.”
She said the company, which has offices in London, Romsey and Amsterdam, wanted a new brand and website to reflect its growing confidence and position as a leader in its field. “We’ve gone through this period of growth and we wanted our brand and website to reflect the strength, confidence and expertise we have in our team.
“Our website is the first impression for most of our potential customers and it plays a huge role in credibility, trust, and brand perception. It’s central to our marketing strategy, email campaigns and social media drive people back to the website, so getting it right was a big priority for us.”
Workspace AV, which also supplies video walls for retail and entertainment spaces and works with clients including Universal, Skanska, Furniture Village and Smash Burgers, turned to Milk & Tweed because it impressed with the Chippenham and Brighton agency’s previous work.
“We liked what they’d done and when we met them they took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and the personality behind our brand,” said Ellie. “We wanted a partner who could collaborate closely and bring our vision to life and Milk & Tweed felt like the right fit for this.”
She said the process of collaborating on new brand colours and redesigning the website was a smooth one. “Everyone in the team was brilliant to work with,” said Ellie. “ They were friendly, professional and the communication was clear.”
The result is a new brand palette featuring rich green tones with contrasting light green and purple and a website with a modern look and clearer structure that better showcases the company’s services.
“Milk & Tweed have done a brilliant job, the tone of the site feels welcoming and customer-focused, which was really important to us,” said Ellie. “The new brand colours have translated beautifully into the final design. We’re really pleased how they grasped our vision and delivered a website that reflects it so well.”
Milk & Tweed Creative Director Jake Jeffries said the project came about as a result of the close working relationship with Workspace AV. “It is great how our partnership with Workspace AV has grown over this year,” he said. “They came in at the start of the year just looking for some website support and hosting, and the relationship has grown to the point where we are now offering them full agency support with all their design, website and marketing needs.
“We were thrilled to look at the website for them, as we could see the potential it had. They are a great company and provide an amazing service but their existing site didn’t reflect that, so we were all very excited to work on the project and we all love the outcome.”
