All 12 of the high quality workspace units within this popular industrial estate remain fully let, providing a strong asset for InfraRed’s UK-wide property portfolio.”

The 28,519 sq ft industrial estate includes 12 self-contained workspace units ranging from 872 – 3,545 sq ft. It provides secure warehouse space within integral office space provided within some of the units.
