Bruton Knowles Leominster team

John Amos & Co, the long-established Herefordshire rural property services firm, has taken new offices in Leominster to support recent growth of the business. It has also marked the move by adopting the branding of its parent company, national Chartered Surveyor firm Bruton Knowles.

John Amos & Co was acquired by Bruton Knowles in 2020 in order to expand the rural services offering to a wider base in the west and south-west. Then in 2023, John Amos was appointed to head up the entire Bruton Knowles Rural Services team as part of an ongoing growth plan. Such has been the success of that plan that larger offices had to be found to service a growing team.

“We are delighted to see the continued expansion of our presence, both here in Leominster and across the region,” commented John Amos, Head of Rural at Bruton Knowles. “The relocation to Easters Court, close to major road and rail connections, not only addresses our immediate needs for a more efficient and spacious workspace but also opens up exciting prospects for growth and collaboration.”

This move is supported by significant investment in staff from Bruton Knowles, following a string of senior appointments across the business over the last 12 months – marking the next stage of the business’s evolution and growth.

The re-location of the office, with fantastic transport links through Herefordshire, offers ample onsite parking and ease of access. The site is well-known and visible, making it convenient for customers and partners.

James Bailey, Managing Partner at Bruton Knowles, said: “I am pleased to see the growth of our Leominster office and Rural Services team.

“We also acknowledge the fine work delivered by John Amos & Co, since we acquired the company. John has proven instrumental in imparting his knowledge and expertise on the rest of the business, as well as orchestrating the expansion of his team.

“The move to a new Leominster office is strategic to not only enhance our working environment, but also matches with the next phase of our rapid growth plans for 2024.”
