Leading city centre residential property agents form northern partnership

A group of leading residential property sales and lettings agents from four major northern cities have joined forces and created a new network to collaborate, share best practice and provide a seamless service for landlords with property portfolios across multiple locations.

Known as Centro, the network comprises Reside in Manchester, City Residential in Liverpool, Sanderson Young in Newcastle upon Tyne and Zenko City Living in Leeds.

Collectively, the four independently owned firms manage more than 2,000 residential properties across the North of England and their partners and directors have operated in their respective markets since the 1990s.

“In addition, the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act in England on 1 May 2026 is leading more landlords to seek fully managed lettings services to ensure compliance with the changing regulatory landscape.
