Project management experts Logic-i Group is celebrating its fifth anniversary with impressive growth, high-profile project wins, and an increasingly prominent presence in national and international markets.

The Teesside-based business, which provides expert consultancy across commercial, planning, project controls and claims management, posted a 21% increase in turnover for the year ending April 2025. In the past 12 months alone, Logic-i has secured ten new clients, including major industry names such as Mitsubishi Chemical UK, Wood, Steel River Power, and Masdar.

Currently the company is gearing up to support two significant infrastructure projects in Manchester and London – opportunities that are expected to generate new roles and further embed its reputation as a delivery partner for complex and safety-critical schemes.

Its success is underpinned by the growth of its group structure, which includes specialist divisions Recruit-i (recruitment) and Complete-i (commissioning). This integrated model enables the Group to manage construction and engineering projects through every stage of the lifecycle, from initial planning through to operational handover.

Director Jason Nowell said: “In just five short years, Logic-i has gone from a small start-up to delivering major commercial and infrastructure projects. We’ve laid strong foundations for long-term, sustainable growth, and I’m excited about what the next five years will bring.

“With a growing portfolio, an expanding team, and a robust operational framework, Logic-i is well-positioned to scale with purpose – meeting rising demand across multiple sectors, expanding internationally, and continuing to drive innovation in the delivery of complex, safety-critical projects.”

To mark the milestone, the company hosted a charity golf day at Rockliffe Hall, bringing together around 60 clients, suppliers and supporters. Held under blazing summer skies on the championship course at Hurworth, near Darlington, the event raised £1,300 for Teesside Hospice through on-course refreshments and donations.

Director Stephen Priestley said: “It was phenomenally hot, which certainly helped our fundraising efforts! Celebrating five years of growth and achievement with the people who’ve supported us, while raising funds for such a vital cause, was memorable.”

The day also featured a nod to Logic-i’s latest sponsorship – a special appearance by the Kawasaki Z650 ridden by Stockton-based Isle of Man TT privateer Jack Fower, who achieved a personal best 20th-place finish in this year’s iconic race.
