My Property Pros Celebrates a Standout 2025 With Award Wins, National Recognition and Expanding Across Northern Ireland

My Property Pros, the UK’s first and only national exterior cleaning franchise, has wrapped up 2025 on a high. Securing multiple industry awards and expanding its nationwide network to 22 franchises, 2025 has marked an impressive 50.3% uplift in growth for the innovative franchise brand.

This momentum is also reflected in the latest Elite Franchise 100 rankings, where My Property Pros climbed from 80 to 75, a rise of five places. The business now proudly holds the position of seventh within the home maintenance category – further cementing its reputation as the exterior cleaning specialists.

One of the newest faces in the network is Aidan Davis, who joined in April at just 24 years old. Within six months, Aidan has already made his first hire and is actively recruiting his second. Fuelled by ambition – and supported by his father, who also has a My Property Pros franchise, Aidan has his sights set on bringing My Property Pros across the whole of Northern Ireland.

But Aidan isn’t the only one helping drive the brand forward. This year saw the franchise launch in Scotland for the very first time, bring My Property Pros to the East & Midlothian region. Meanwhile, My Property Pros Bournemouth entered a new chapter of growth under the leadership of Stuart Smart.

Alongside national expansion, the franchise has been recognised repeatedly throughout 2025. Wins include accolades at the Business Awards UK 2025 and the LUXlife Home and Garden Awards, where My Property Pros was awarded Health & Safety Excellence in Service and named Nationwide Exterior Cleaning Business of the Year.

Regionally, the successes continued. My Property Pros Newport proudly took home Best Cleaning Service 2025 at the Best of Welsh Business Awards, while Mark Field of My Property Pros Central Bedfordshire was crowned Window Cleaner of the Year 2025 by the Federation of Window Cleaners (FWC).
