Paddy & Scott’s Is Buzzing to Introduce New Senior Team Members
Paddy & Scott’s has welcomed the appointment of three new senior team members, bringing a fresh new energy to the Suffolk-born coffee company.
Since launching in 2007, Paddy & Scott’s has grown exponentially, opening cafes and funding its farming project in Kenya which supports the local community with jobs, equipment and education.
Despite the difficulties of the last two years, the business is now stronger than ever with new partnerships and record growth this year of 82% versus pre pandemic levels.
Paddy & Scott’s is now gearing up to drive growth across all areas of hospitality, retail and online by bringing three new senior team members into the fold.
Sean Winney, Head of Sales, Jonathan Cole, Head of Retail Operation and Joseph Cordy, Head of Commercial bring with them a wealth of experience, across brands such as Greene King, Thompson & Morgan and Starbucks.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Sean, Jonathan and Joseph to our growing team and feel honoured to have attracted some huge names from the industry. Our hope is that together we can continue to drive the business forward and see sales growth across retail, hospitality and online,” comments Jon Reed, CEO.
Paddy & Scott’s not only produces great-tasting coffee, but also invests its profits back into the coffee farms and surrounding schools, creating a community which supports the farmers and their families.
“We want to support more communities by roasting new coffees and taking the concept of a drive thru to new heights,” explains Jon. “We have come a long way from our first little coffee shop in our home town of Framlingham and are so excited to see the brand continue to expand with a focused and driven team at the helm.”
