Scenari launches to redefine workplace conduct training with trauma informed, practice based learning

Chloe Wallace Founder of Scenari

A first‑of‑its‑kind workplace conduct training platform, built on specialist expertise rather than generic e‑learning, has launched today. Scenari, developed by  HR specialist Chloe Wallace, uses trauma‑informed, AI‑supported coaching to immerse employees in realistic workplace situations where conduct issues genuinely arise. The platform delivers practical, experience‑based learning designed to change behaviour, not just teach theory.

Wallace, one of the UK’s leading specialists in workplace sexual harassment and misconduct, has spent more than a decade handling complex cases across multiple sectors. Her lived experience of gender‑based violence also informs the platform’s design, giving Scenari a depth of insight that traditional training tools simply cannot replicate.

The launch also comes at a critical moment for UK employers. With new legal duties to prevent sexual harassment coming into force in October 2026, organisations are under growing pressure to move beyond outdated tick‑box training. Scenari offers a timely, practical solution for HR teams, line managers, and employees who need to build confidence in handling sensitive conduct issues before they escalate.

“Most training tells people what good behaviour looks like and hopes it sticks. Scenari lets them rehearse it,” said Chloe Wallace, Founder of Scenari. “It closes the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, and it’s built from lived expertise, not generic content. We help to make people in the workplace capable of handling difficult situations, rather than just telling them what to do. ”

Scenari is powered by a safety-by design AI model trained to deliver coaching aligned with UK employment legislation and case law, and, at its heart, Wallace’s CEASE Framework®, a trauma‑informed methodology developed through her consultancy, OneSource HR. This combination of deep subject matter knowledge and responsible AI design sets Scenari apart from traditional training tools.

With more than a decade of hands‑on experience in workplace sexual harassment and misconduct — alongside her lived expertise of gender‑based violence — Wallace brings a level of insight rarely seen in HR technology. Scenari translates that expertise into a scalable practice environment where people can build behavioural competence through guided rehearsal.

Instead of passive modules, users are placed inside realistic workplace scenarios and receive personalised coaching feedback designed to build behavioural competence under pressure, the point at which most training fails.

“Scenari isn’t an LMS, a chatbot, or an online course library,” Wallace added. “It’s a practice environment because people learn by doing, and that’s what Scenari finally makes possible at scale.”

While sexual harassment is the most urgent use case, Scenari has been designed to support a wider range of workplace conduct challenges over time, helping organisations build safer, more accountable cultures. The platform represents a shift toward practice‑based learning that mirrors how people actually behave in real workplaces.
