Sherburn Networkcentre is almost fully let after another tenant signed up for the sought-after industrial park.

Terms were agreed with Enterware Limited trading as Car Service Packs – a supplier of high performance motor oils and filters aimed at the Trackday, Performance and Competition car market – by Doncaster-based asset and property managers NSM.

Car Service Packs agreed a 3-year lease on Unit 3, which offers 2634 sq. ft of space for the company which is expanding from its current base in nearby Church Fenton.

Sherburn Networkcentre is located just off the A162, close to J42 A1(M) and J33 M62. The site overall provides 32,703 sq. ft of 13 high quality self-contained workspace units with only two remaining. Other tenants currently on the site include: Wickham Industries Ltd, Hydrotherm Ltd, SFM Consultants Ltd and JKC Group Ltd.

The site also benefits from CCTV and is a secure gated estate with 24hr access, 3 phase electricity, 5m eaves height and internal repairing leases. The units range from 1,566-3,537 with office space in selected units and a modern specification and build throughout.

NSM Associate Director Helen Gordon said: “This Networkcentre is a high-quality build that offers flexible space for SMEs that want to enjoy the transport links Sherburn has to offer onto the nearby A1 and M62. Enterware is an ideal fit for the Centre and will be a welcome addition to the other entrepreneurial businesses we have there.”

Graeme Laslett , Director at Enterware added: “The space is great for Car Service Packs as an expanding company, but we wanted to stay in this area which works well for both our employees and clients. The high spec’ internet and telecoms connections enjoyed here were also crucial for us as a business that relies on high speed connections 24/7.”
NSM is in a uniquely strong position, in addition to managing more than 4million sq. ft of industrial property across the north, the company also markets many of the properties, handles lettings and is overseeing the delivery of new builds which will ultimately come into the management portfolio.
