UNLIMITED announces the promotion of Ed Guest to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Guest will report to the CEO of UNLIMITED, Tim Hassett.
Effective immediately, Guest will partner with HR and UNLIMITED’s four divisions, Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics and Communications to drive the agency’s new principle-based hybrid way of working at Orion House.
He will help support the Executive Leadership Team in further amplifying UNLIMITED’s productivity agenda and market-leading business model. Part of UNLIMITED’s model includes its Human Understanding Lab that delivers integrated solutions to solve clients’ changing challenges.
In his expanded role, Guest will be tasked with advancing UNLIMITED’s already thriving health offering, including leading the successful integration of medical communications consultancy Strategen, which was acquired in May this year.
With over 20 years of international experience as a CFO, working for both corporate and private equity-backed businesses, Guest has extensive experience across a variety of sectors including Marketing Services, Property Services, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Marine and Shipping Consultancy.

The Communications division is headed up by CEO Will Hart and created from three agencies; Health UNLIMITED, Fever UNLIMITED and Nelson Bostock UNLIMITED.
