A Birmingham-based private investigation and security company has, this week, been awarded the British Standards (BS) code of practice – proving its professional provision of investigation services.

The nationally recognised BS 102000 accreditation, uses a group of quality management systems (QMS) to help investigation companies meet the needs of its customer and stakeholders, and importantly, provide an ethical and robust code of practice.

St. Paul’s-based Reveal PI, headed up by founder David Jones, has achieved the accreditation by demonstrating best practice in its procedures, overall management and data handling when conducting covert surveillance, employment investigations, litigation support and insurance investigations.

David comments: “I am extremely proud of my team for their achievement, which proves theirs and the company’s commitment to ensuring quality and guarantees that all of our investigations are undertaken legally, lawfully and ethically.

“We are dedicated to constant improvement and development, and in addition to being members of the Association of British Investigators, now – having achieved a BS 102000 accreditation – ensures our processes and systems are on the right track and validates our adherence to industry best practice.”
