A risque greeting card and gifts company is showing its support for this year’s No Bra Day with its latest range of cheeky cards.

West Yorkshire-based Love Layla has produced a handful of designs in celebration of the annual event which this year marks its tenth anniversary.

The new range of exclusive good-natured cards aims to playfully support and raise awareness of the existence of No Bra Day, which celebrates breast cancer survivors as well as encouraging going bra-less for that day. It also prompts women and men to spot early warning signs and take preventative steps in the fight against cancer.

Card designs include ‘Bra off, hair up, leggings on #setthemfree’, ‘National No Bra Day – The Day of Saggeth’ and ‘My favourite colour is no bra’.  The firm has adopted the hashtag #setthemfree on some of its designs.

Celebrated every year on October 13, the day falls in the middle of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a month dedicated to breast health in men and women and reminds people that breast cancer is a potentially fatal disease, but also one of the most preventable forms of cancer.

Founder and Love Layla business owner Stacey Dennis wanted to develop the range to mark the occasion and raise awareness of the issues of breast cancer and the challenges facing those affected by it.

Stacey said: “I wanted to do something that is both a bit of fun but at the same time helps to keep the important issue of breast cancer front of mind during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Designing a range of funny greeting cards that might raise a titter seemed a good way to do this!”

Stacey, who founded Love Layla six years ago, started printing her cheeky designs in her bedroom after being made redundant as a graphic designer – and now has a multi-million-pound business, a warehouse operation in West Yorkshire and a business in Australia.

Fans of the brand include Dragon’s Den entrepreneur Theo Paphitis, former glamour model Katie Price and reality TV stars including Georgia Toffolo, Vicky Pattison and Abbie Holborn.
