Sis4ers making gin

Salford’s SIS4ERS Distillery has launched a limited-edition Christmas Spiced Apple Gin just in time for the festive season.

With the warmth of cinnamon and mulled spice, this apple gin is the ultimate aroma of Christmas. Distilled slowly and lovingly in SIS4ERS traditional copper pot still, the spices and apple are infused for a true festive taste.

The perfect gift for a gin lover this Christmas or holiday treat for yourself, the Spiced Apple Gin is best served with Indian tonic over ice with a wedge of apple.

Lucy McAvoy, Sales and Marketing Director for SIS4ERS Distillery, said: “The festive season is upon us and we wanted to get in on the Christmas fun and experiment with new flavours.

“We hope our very own taste of Christmas will encourage people to shop craft gin this holidays and support small businesses. Our Spiced Apple is irresistibly delicious and will get you into the spirit on things in the run up to Christmas.”

Spiced Apple is available from SIS4ERS webshop for £29.00 for a 50cl bottle, 37.5% ABV. The gin is now available for pre-order, with deliveries expected week commencing December 7th.

Born and bred in the heart of Salford, ‘McAvoy sisters’ Kerry Collins, Hayley Robinson, Kate Haslam, and Lucy McAvoy first launched SIS4ERS Distillery in 2018.

The SIS4ERS Distillery are currently hosting online gin tours and tastings, while restrictions keep their doors closed. The tours can be booked online and can be made bespoke for your group for the perfect 2020 Christmas party. Guests are sent a selection of the gins to sample during the tour along with tonics and dried garnishes.

Today the gin makers produce a range of seven delicious flavoured gins, available online through the webshop. The Spiced Apple launch follows the limited edition ‘Home at 10’ peach gin which was released in the autumn to raise money for the hospitality sector.
