Compliance firm HiveRisk has launched the HiveMind Circle, a new collaborative ecosystem designed to help professional services firms keep pace with AI adoption without losing sight of governance, compliance and risk.

As emerging technologies accelerate faster than the frameworks designed to regulate them, firms are facing a widening gap between innovation and oversight. HiveMind Circle will close that gap by giving firms rapid access to trusted, independent specialists across AI, legal technology, governance, and digital transformation, helping them innovate safely, stay compliant, and respond to fast‑moving change with confidence.

The first confirmed members include Jameson Legal Technology, Knowledge Nexus, Digital Law, Karen Eckstein Ltd, Codified Strategy Ltd, AI Advantage Advisory and SJ Does. Each has been selected for their established reputations, deep subject‑matter expertise and shared commitment to responsible innovation, with more experts to be announced shortly.

Together, they bring decades of experience across AI strategy, legal technology, information management, cyber security, digital transformation, knowledge management, responsible AI adoption and risk and regulatory governance.

Kate Burt, Founder and CEO of HiveRisk, said: “The launch marks a shift in how professional services firms can access specialist support. HiveMind Circle is much more than a traditional referral network as it brings together trusted specialists so clients can access the right expertise, at the right time, through one connected ecosystem.”

Nina Dayal, Client Partnerships Lead at HiveRisk, emphasised the human dimension of the initiative, adding, “Technology is evolving rapidly, but the need for expert judgement remains human.”

Matthew Letts, Founder of Codified Strategy Ltd, added: “Making the right technology decisions and choosing the right partner has never been more important for law firms. HiveMind Circle experts can give practical, vendor‑neutral advice.”

HiveMind Circle has been designed as an active professional community filled with knowledge, collaboration and high‑value content. Alongside expert‑led classroom sessions, compliance‑focused podcasts and webinars, and interactive “Ask the Experts” forums, HiveRisk is developing a new learning platform that will give firms access to free guidance, practical resources and expert answers. Additional paid‑for masterclasses, a structured learning hub, and live Q&A sessions with specialists will be available through a subscription service, providing an accessible way for firms to stay ahead of emerging risks and opportunities as and when needed.

Kate Burt concluded: “HiveMind Circle is a movement and a community, built on the belief that trusted relationships, shared expertise and collective innovation. The Circle is open to conversations with like‑minded specialists who share our values and are committed to helping firms innovate responsibly. The future belongs to collaboration, not competition.”
