Norwich-Based Elearning Provider Scales to 800+ Multilingual Courses Following Global Demand Surge
Real Projects, a Norwich-based digital learning company, has expanded its off-the-shelf elearning library to over 800 courses, following growing demand for multilingual, mobile-first content from global organisations.
Founded in 2013 with a catalogue of just 12 courses, the business initially specialised in custom learning solutions working on projects for Marks & Spencer, Astra Zeneca, GSK, 3M and more.
Over the past decade, it has scaled significantly by applying the same level of instructional design precision to its off the shelf course library, which now supports six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
The expansion, branded Languages Unlocked, is designed to support companies rolling out training to international and deskless teams.
Each course is SCORM-compliant, fully localised, and is now focused on microlearning. With each course taking just 3–5 minutes to complete. All content includes built-in assessments and downloadable transcripts, and is optimised for both desktop and mobile platforms.
The company’s localisation process includes native speaker review, and regionally appropriate voiceover.
Courses are updated quarterly based on feedback and usage data, with new content planned across compliance, leadership and frontline service topics.
Founder Scott Hewitt explained:
“Our customers told us they didn’t just want translated content, they wanted it to feel authentic, familiar, and ready to deploy at scale. That meant combining localisation expertise with fast production workflows. Languages Unlocked is the result of that thinking.”
Real Projects has introduced a transparent licensing model for its library. Pricing is simple, and demo content is available without registration or NDA.
Scott Hewitt added: “One thing we knew we had to get right was pricing. Too many libraries make it overly complex. We were determined to keep it simple, clear, and accessible. No NDAs just to see a demo. Why create barriers when your content should be doing the talking?”
Since launching Languages Unlocked, the company has welcomed new partners and is already planning additional language coverage in response to customer demand.
“We’ve already seen new partners come on board as a result of Languages Unlocked, and our plan Q4 is to add additional languages,” Hewitt said. “We’ve already got specific language requirements coming in from our customers.”
Real Projects works with a range of partners including OpenSesame, HowNow, Core Learning, Coggno and Knowzies as global distribution partner and is in active discussions with additional resellers and platforms focused on serving international learning audiences.
“Our customer and reseller network continues to develop,” Hewitt added. “We’re now working with some of the sector’s leading platforms, with new customers coming online later this year.”
Real Projects also plans to expand its content in areas often underserved by existing libraries, including retail security, multilingual customer service, and compliance training for global teams.
