Norwich ecommerce agency confirmed as only Norfolk firm in top tier of global Shopify Partner Program
Norwich-based ecommerce agency Quickfire Digital has been officially named a Platinum partner in the Shopify Partner Program – becoming the only company headquartered in Norfolk to reach the programme’s highest tier.
Quickfire Digital is now recognised among 86 Platinum partners globally, with just 15 based in the UK, marking a major milestone for the business, which helps high-growth brands across the UK, Europe and beyond unlock the full commercial potential of Shopify.
This latest recognition comes as Quickfire approaches its ninth anniversary in June, marking a proud and significant moment for the company.
Martin Harper, Director and Co-founder of Quickfire Digital, comments: “Reaching Platinum status is a huge milestone for us, not just as a business, but as a team that’s grown from very humble beginnings here in Norwich. From day one, we’ve focused on building great work and forging long-term partnerships, supporting brands through their growth and scaling phases rather than delivering one-off projects.
“Our agency will be turning nine later this year and to be recognised at the highest level by Shopify shows how far we’ve come, and it’s a testament to the incredible brands we work with and the people behind the business. Not a bad achievement for three lads from Norwich!”
Operating as a performance-based framework, the Shopify Partner Program recognises organisations across the globe, with each tier requiring specific thresholds in both commercial impact and credential attainment.
Platinum tier is reserved for the most commercially active partners, reflecting a combination of high revenue contribution, successful client delivery, and deep platform expertise, including verified technical skills across partner teams.
Reaching this level unlocks a number of exclusive benefits for the agency, including specialised resources, access to Shopify’s Partner Solutions Engineers’ expert technical guidance and invitations to the Global Partner Advisory Council, where the team can provide strategic input to Shopify’s leadership team.
As ecommerce continues to evolve, Quickfire Digital said its strengthened relationship with Shopify will allow it to bring even greater value to its clients, while highlighting Norwich as a key player in the worldwide e‑commerce industry.
Nathan Lomax, CEO and Co-founder of Quickfire Digital, adds: “Ultimately, this isn’t just about status, although it’s certainly nice to be recognised and put Norwich on the map!. For me, it’s more about what it allows us to do for our clients, which is better access to insight, stronger support, and more opportunities to help them grow.”
Quickfire Digital was born in 2017 by Norwich-born trio Nathan Lomax, Martin Harper and Fred Cohen, and today boasts a 40-strong team with additional offices in Dubai and London.
