Leadership consultant and executive coach Mona Akiki has been appointed Chief People Officer at employee experience platform Perkbox.

Europe’s fastest growing ‘employee experience’ platform Perkbox has appointed leadership consultant and executive coach Mona Akiki as Chief People Officer, effective immediately.

Prior to founding Path Forward where she helped leaders and their teams achieve their full potential through coaching and advisory services, Mona Akiki held leadership HR roles within large global financial institutions out of Toronto, New York and London, including CIBC, RBC Capital Markets and CPP Investments.

Although no stranger to Perkbox, Mona’s new appointment comes at a crucial time for Perkbox, which has seen its holistic employee wellness platform play a pivotal role in organisations endeavouring to manage the emotional, financial, physical and social wellbeing of teams, particularly in the age of COVID and remote working. Launched in 2015, Perkbox now operates internationally with headquarters in London and offices in Sheffield and Australia. It works with over 7,500 businesses and brands in over 30 countries.
