The multi-million pound refurbishment of One Temple Row has been started by Aviva Investors, who are transforming the central Birmingham Grade A office space, which will focus on wellbeing in the workplace and boast one of the city’s largest roof terraces.

One Temple Row, which overlooks St Philip’s Cathedral, will undergo a stunning transformation across all 12 floors; as well as flexible open plan office space, it will include a striking new reception area; communal roof terraces; business lounge; café; and enhanced cycle, changing and shower facilities. Suite sizes range from 1,164 sq ft to 6,987 sq ft.

The 12th floor offers unparalleled 360-degree views across the city, with the third floor offering a small suite environment and dedicated roof terrace space.

Work is due for completion later this year. Global asset manager, Aviva Investors has been behind a series of exciting UK city centre schemes, including the landmark 11 Portland Street in Manchester.

Julian Cobourne, Senior Asset Manager at Aviva Investors, commented: “We believe One Temple Row offers something new and different for Birmingham; everything about it has been designed to make it ‘a building that’s good for you’, from allowing the greatest flexibility of office space to suit any business, to encouraging workers to exercise, walk or cycle to work, as well as offering outdoor spaces for fresh air, floor to ceiling windows and wellbeing areas.”

One Temple Row is being marketed by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
