York PR agency expands free training to help firms navigate AI and reputation risks

Growing interest in the way AI is reshaping online search and brand visibility has prompted York PR agency Partners PR to expand a series of free communications workshops for businesses across Yorkshire and beyond.

The agency’s practical workshop programme, which launched earlier this year, has attracted businesses looking to navigate fast-changing communications challenges, protect their reputation, and remain visible in an increasingly AI-driven digital landscape.

In response to increased demand, Partners PR has added new dates to both its Crisis Communications Essentials and How to Stay Visible in an AI World workshops being held at its York office throughout 2026. The AI workshop has proven particularly popular, reflecting interest from businesses in the way generative AI is changing search and buyer behaviour, and reshaping the way customers discover brands online.

The two-hour session gives business owners and marketing teams practical insights into how AI tools are influencing online visibility, while also exploring how strategic PR and credible content can help businesses continue to reach and influence the audiences that matter.

Partners PR has also expanded its Crisis Communications Essentials workshop dates to help businesses prepare for unexpected situations that could damage reputation and stakeholder trust. The session covers the fundamentals of crisis planning, audience communication and media handling, giving businesses practical guidance they can implement immediately.

Monica Green, Director at Partners PR, said: “Businesses are clearly recognising that communications challenges are changing rapidly, particularly with the growth of AI and the speed at which reputational issues can escalate online.

“The response to the workshops has been really encouraging. The sessions are practical, accessible – and feedback suggests they are genuinely useful. It’s been great to see so many businesses engaging with them.

“Adding new dates means we can help even more organisations build confidence, improve visibility and strengthen their communications strategies for the future.”

The How to Stay Visible in an AI World workshops will run on Thursday 21 May, Friday 5 June, Thursday 18 June, Wednesday 22 July, Thursday 10 September, Thursday 8 October and Wednesday 11 November 2026. The Crisis Communications Essentials workshops will run on Tuesday 7 July, Friday 25 September and Wednesday 14 October 2026.

All sessions take place at Independence House in Nether Poppleton. For more information or to reserve a free place on either workshop, visit the Partners PR website.
