ESM Operations Honoured with Prestigious Global Recognition

Global event public safety consultancy ESM Operations Ltd, which has a UK-based HQ in Cheshire, has been shortlisted for a major international accolade acknowledging its substantial achievements overseas.

ESM Operations is one of only three businesses to be recognised in the ‘Favourite Health & Safety’ category in the TPiMEA Awards, ‘which shines a light on the hardworking and highly talented people and companies behind the biggest and best productions’ in the Middle East.

The shortlist and winners are selected through a combination of industry voting and the esteemed TPiMEA Academy, ensuring that a TPiMEA Award is one that is truly well-earned and highly prized.

The ESM Operations team will now join other shortlisted firms to attend the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on 10 September for the high profile awards ceremony.

ESM Operations provides ongoing dedicated Health & Safety leadership for many venues across the Middle East, including Onyx Arena in Jeddah, supporting venue operations, live events such as the 2025 Professional Fighters League Championship, contractor management, compliance, and the successful achievement of internationally recognised ISO certification in 2025. With a capacity of over 12,000 and year-round events, the Onyx Arena requires robust systems, effective contractor management, and a proactive approach to Health & Safety. They work      closely with the venue team to oversee operations, event delivery, compliance management, contractor safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
